Click by click, one by one
Every structure, toll plaza, barrier and sign gets marked by hand on Google Earth. No catalogue, no template: every stretch starts from scratch.
The source of truth your network’s asset management is built on: every asset located, classified and up to date, with no inventories going stale in an Excel file.
Today we work on roads: concession-run or publicly managed.

Every structure, toll plaza, barrier and sign gets marked by hand on Google Earth. No catalogue, no template: every stretch starts from scratch.
The kilometre point and position of each asset are worked out by hand, one at a time, and checked twice just in case.
A single stretch takes weeks, and the whole network a season. And the project calendar waits for no one.
The survey lands in a spreadsheet with no geolocation that nobody opens again.
What we do
No dumping Excel files or maintaining layers by hand: the AI extracts every asset from the aerial imagery of your route and puts it in its place, with its PK and its type. Your team consults; the source stays current.

By PK or type. No layers, no manual.
Georeferenced, with its exact PK on the map.
Excel, KML, GeoJSON, PDF: export in the format you need.
Ask for a stretch between two PKs and the AI extracts it in minutes.

Every asset we ship lands in your inventory. The order is what we intend today, not a committed date.
Four packs based on the mainline kilometres you analyse each year, with no per-seat cost. Move the slider to your network and we tell you the pack. The price, on a call.

New client offer, at the start only
We inventory your entire current network at once: the baseline of your digital twin. The packs cover growth from there on.
Move up when you need to
Network growing mid-year? You move up to the next pack:
In the first year, 20% of the km you don’t use is not lost: it carries over to the next annual term.
Running short? Blocks of +250 km at your pack’s price with a 10% surcharge. They expire with the current annual term.
Optional and per stretch: we validate only the km you choose.
More of the team on board? Add extra licences to any pack, whenever you want.

Partner channel · Technical consultancies
For technical due diligence and lender’s advisory consultancies (TDD/LTA): Faast sits underneath your report. A single pool of km for all your engagements, and every delivery reviewed and signed off by our team. Partner terms, separate from the packs above.
The answers you need to defend the change inside your organisation.

Roads. That is the only restriction today, and it has nothing to do with who runs them: we work the same way with a concession operator as with a public authority running its own network, be it a provincial council, a city council, a regional government, a national agency or a supranational body.
The AI extracts the stretch from the aerial imagery in minutes; the time goes into the review. Even so, we move fast: we deliver around 250 reviewed km in 48 hours. By hand, that means weeks of clicking.
97% accuracy on the inventory we deliver. Every asset is placed by coordinates and kilometre point on the imagery, and before exporting your team reviews and validates what was detected: the final word on the data is always yours.
Recent aerial imagery of the stretch: in most cases, data and imagery at most a year old. If the network operator has its own orthophoto or a more recent flight, we work on that too: the better the imagery, the sharper the inventory.
We detect them: tunnels, underpasses and structures enter the inventory with their location and their PK, even in tricky spots.
Geolocated and structured, in the format you need: Excel, KML, GeoJSON, PDF or GIS layers. Not a loose spreadsheet: data with its coordinates and its PK that your team loads into your systems and uses the next day.
Not today: Faast builds the inventory, keeps it live and georeferenced, and works alongside your current systems. But it doesn’t stop there. On that foundation we keep adding management, for example of pavement works, so that little by little you have everything centralised in one place.
An initial buildup inventories your whole current network in one go: the baseline. From there, packs of kilometres per year based on the size of your network, so you know what it costs before you start. The pilot is there to size it with a real stretch.
In testing, and we are transparent about it: we work on pilot stretches agreed with each network operator, whether a concession company or a public authority. That is why the first step is a pilot on a real stretch of your network, not a blind contract.
The pilot
We pick a real stretch of your network, analyse it and show it to you working on the map. No commitment, no cost.
